Dr. Monica C. Holmes is a Professor of Management Information Systems, and associate dean in the College of Business Administration.  She received her Doctorate in Philosophy with a major in Management Information Systems and a minor in International Studies from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas in 1995.  She has been teaching a variety of information systems courses at Central Michigan University since 1995, including COBOL, networking, information systems management, systems analysis and design, business applications, and information resource management courses.  She developed two online courses and is teaching BIS 634 online.
