Attendance: This is a graduate class, and I do not monitor attendance. You should understand that I will never discuss lecture material with students who miss class. Missing class is never an excuse for late submission of an assignment.
Late work: I do not accept late work. No matter how incomplete or inadequate you work is when it is due, it is worth infinitely more than it will be if you try to submit it late.
Excuses: I have a complete collection of excuses, so I do not need any more of them. Please save them for your other instructors.
