Visual IFPS/Plus - Release 5.0

The Visual IFPS/Plus software is made available for use by Comshare, Inc. for students using the text, Introductory Visual IFPS/Plus - Release 5 for Windows, published by Course Technology, Inc. Any other use of this software without the prior written permission of Comshare is prohitibed. You are advised to contact Comshare for any additional information concerning other use of this software

To download and install Visual IFPS/Plus follow these steps:

1. Download all three of these files into the root directory of your C: drive.
   
   CLIENT.ZIP
   
   SERVER.ZIP
   
   INSTALL.BAT
   
   
2. Run the INSTALL.BAT file from your C: drive (C:\INSTALL). This will create and IFPS folder, and place the CLIENT.EXE and SERVER.EXE files into the respective CLIENT and SERVER folders.
   
   
3. Run SETUP.EXE from the C:\IFPS\SERVER\ folder and follow the installation instructions in the Appendix.
   
   
4. Run SETUP.EXE from the C:\IFPS\CLIENT\ folder and follow the installation instructions in the Appendix.
   
   
5. (Optional) Delete the INSTALL.BAT file from your C: drive. You may also delete the CLIENT and SERVER folders if you do not want to keep a copy of the Visual IFPS/Plus files used for the installation. Deleting these folders will not effect your installed copy of Visual IFPS/Plus.

If you want to install Visual IFPS/Plus to another drive, download it to the root directory of that drive, then edit the INSTALL.BAT file and change the drive letter. Then run the SETUP.EXE from the folders on your selected drive.
